Keishlannie J. Negron has achieved a great deal in her life, not only as an inspiring artist but also as a dedicated student, despite facing various challenges, both social and personal. She has overcome these obstacles to attain success, including earning honors during her academic career and having her artwork showcased for appreciation. Throughout her years in school, she had strived for success in good grades while aiming for improvement on the subjects that she had struggled with when she was young. She had experience in Photoshop in high school and gained an understanding of using it, while she spent her time in art class exploring new mediums like watercolor and shading.
Negron consistently made the honor roll during her middle and high school years. In her freshman and sophomore years at New Britain High School, she participated in the JROTC program, demonstrating hard work and commitment from 2015 to 2017. Alongside her JROTC involvement, she took art classes and studied Adobe Photoshop. Negron graduated from New Britain High School in 2019 and completed a high school program in 2021.
Her traditional artwork has been recognized, with three pieces displayed in the New Britain Museum of American Art during two student showcases: one in middle school and two in high school. Additionally, a 3-D puzzle she completed was also displayed at her school.
Negron is currently studying Graphics Technology as her major at Central Connecticut State University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree. She is studying more on digital media and devices such as Photoshop and digital culture, and the digital impacts surrounding the world. She utilizes her creative skills in her work and plans to become a graphic designer in the future, even while the age of AI is growing more in the future.
